Lech now works on strategic initiatives across equity products and has relocated to the firm’s Denver office, where he reports to George Evans, chief investment officer of equities.
Leverenz, who has managed the Oppenheimer Developing Markets fund since 2007, will also continue to run the subadvised funds.

Lech had been director of research for the Oppenheimer's emerging markets equity team since 2015.
He joined OppenheimerFunds in 2008 from Citigroup, where he was an associate working on transactions with industries including energy, telecommunications and infrastructure.
