USAA Wealth Management has boosted its manager due diligence team with two new recruits.
The firm has made two internal appointments, promoting Ricardo Palacios and Marielle Stockdale to be research and due diligence analysts on the team, which is led by Ryan Beach, manager research director.
The team is responsible for selecting strategies for use within the firm’s $20 billion wealth management platform, which caters to individual clients, wealth advisors and financial planners.
Both Palacios and Stockdale are responsible for generating quantitative and qualitative research reports on asset allocation, manager selection and risk management or due diligence.
They have both been with the firm since 2014.
USAA clients can access portfolios made up of mutual funds, third party funds, exchange traded funds (ETFs) or a combination of all three.
A USAA spokesman declined to comment.
