Dynasty Financial Partners has launched its second RIA in a three-day span.

The middle and back-office service provider said Thursday that it has partnered with new Pittsburgh-based Interchange Capital Partners, a seven-person ex-UBS team.

Helmed by chief executive Ahmie Baum, the five-advisor team at Interchange managed roughly $400m while affiliated with the wirehouse. Baum had been affiliated with UBS since 1993, according to his profile with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority’s (Finra) BrokerCheck webpage. Baum is joined by son Brian Baum, Kendra Kasznel Reilly, Christopher Duerr, Evan Fitzpatrick and client service senior associates Kathleen Saksa and Alyssa Jean Cassandro.
